Happy Monday

It's been so cold here we've pretty much been stuck inside all day. I've racked my brain for things to do, but everything was a bust last weekend. Even our drive in theater, our favorite place to hang with our loud brood, is closed for the season. When I'm stuck indoors, I cook obsessively! I made pumpkin pancakes, tuna patties, omelets, tea sandwiches, meatloaf, two kinds of cookies, she crab soup, corned beef brisket and so many other things. I know - it adds up to more meals than there ought to be in a day, but that's how we roll.
